Subsidiary company TBP Interprojekt

TBP Holding GmbH became the sole owner of the polish jointventure company „Biuro Inzyniersko Projektowe Interprojekt“ in Lodz on 1 January 2008. TBP Holding purchased all the private shares of Interprojekt.

Subsequently, the company name was changed to „TBP Interprojekt Spółka z o. o.“ in order to clearly represent complete ownership of Interprojekt on the market.
