Upcon - Purchase of company shares
In order to more rapidly increase the level of know-how TBP has purchased 50% of the company shares of Upcon in Moosburg (Germany). In conjunction with the take-over of the shares, Upcon was renamed to TBP Upcon GMBH.
Upcon is a renowned specialist in waste water treatment for the paper and pulp industry. The company has already proven its expertise as a subsupplier in the following projects for TBP:
- Mondi South Africa
- Dunapack in Dunaujvaros (Hungary)
- Kolb in Kaufbeuren (Germany)
